General terms and conditions of sale

1, Validity
We sell only on a basis of the general terms and conditions of sale of the Seil-Marschall Company.

2, Prices
All our prices are including the german VAT and do not include transport costs and duty (these cost are the responsibility of the customer).

3, Dispatch and passage of the risk
All our products are dispatched on the risk of the customer

4, Terms & Payment
All goods send in foreign countries have to be paid in advance by banktransfer or paid by creditcard ( when the goods are despatched)

5, Retention of title
Goods remain suppliers property until fully paid

6, Place of delivery and area of jurisdiction
is the suppliers - headquarter -
Seil-Marschall, Obere-Breite Strasse 32, D-88212 Ravensburg (Germany).

The goods are delivered directly from our factory:
Seil-Marschall - Factory - , Industriestrasse 2, D-88339 Bad Waldsee (Germany).

7, Warranty
At Seil-Marschall, we do our very best to provide you with longlasting, functional products.
Should any flaws appear due to faulty workmanship or defective materials, Seil-Marschall will repair or replace the products free of charge.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear will be done by Seil-Marschall at a reasonable rate.

To return items : we can only accept if you return the items free of charge.
